Ragsdale Liggett Attorneys Present so You’ve Been Sued: Practical Advice for Lawyers and Accountants

- Mel Johnson, executive director of CPA Law Forum Triangle Chapter, has announced that Ashley Huffstetler Campbell and Jon David (“J.D.”) Hensarling, attorneys at Ragsdale Liggett PLLC, will present “So You’ve Been Sued: Practical Advice for Lawyers and Accountants” at the CPA Law Forum Triangle Chapter event on Tuesday, Sept. 15 at the Cardinal Club in Raleigh. Campbell and Hensarling represent the plaintiff in one of the largest accountants’ malpractices cases in the country. Their presentation will explore the current legal landscape for accountants’ malpractice actions, including the legal and political trends favoring auditor liability to third parties. The presentation will also provide an overview of electronic discovery with tips for preserving and producing electronically stored information.

Lawyers and accountants are invited to attend this event.
